Does Archiving Remove Data?

◾️ Archive an Exam

1. In the Exams list, click the options button on the right side of the exam.

2. Select Archive.

   

The exam is moved to the Inactive list and hidden from the main view.

◾️ Delete an Exam

1. In the left sidebar of the Exams screen, click Inactive to open the inactive list.

   

2. Click Delete on the right side of the exam you want to remove.

   

◾️ Difference between Archive and Delete

• Archive — Hides the exam from the active list. You can reactivate it later by clicking Unarchive in the inactive list.
• Delete — Permanently removes the exam from the admin console. Once deleted, it cannot be restored via the UI (contact Support if deletion was accidental).
