When Licenses Are Consumed

Scenarios That Do Not Consume Licenses

■ When Licenses Are Consumed

※Licenses are NOT deducted when you merely deliver an exam.

A license is consumed the moment an applicant:

1. opens the delivery URL ,
2. completes the entry form / survey,
3. agrees to the terms, and
4. clicks the Start Exam button.

The following statuses indicate that a license has already been consumed:

• In Progress
• Submitted
  • In Review
  • Reviewed
• Evaluated
  • Passed
  • Failed

If an applicant is moved to the Inactive list, their license is still counted when their previous status was any of the four states above.

■ Scenarios That Do Not Consume Licenses

● An exam delivered to applicants with the status Not Started can be canceled.
